Ace director S.S.Rajamouli’s ‘Eega’ is shot in bilibgual versions simultaneously with heavy budget and the film is titled Naan Ee in Tamil which was produced by PVP Cinema banner and Sai Korrapati made it in Telugu on Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram banner.Featuring Samantha, Nani and Sudeep in the lead roles, Eega is making buzz for its visual extravaganza and lavish taking. The theatrical rights of Naan Ee was sold for Rs.5crores long back and now it created sensation with Sun TV bagging the satellite rights of Eega for whopping cost of Rs.3.5crores.
An excited Rajamouli informed, “Naan Ee Tamil rights were sold for Rs.5crores and I was a bit worried that we are overselling, but when television rights were sold for a whooping price of Rs.3.35crores, we all left wondering whether we undersold the rights.” Eega is releasing simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi on May 30th.
