It is known that Pawan Kalyan these days is busy with his next movie Gabbar Singh in which he is pairing up with Shruti Haasan. The latest news is Shruti Haasan is playing the role of Bhagya Lakshmi, a village girl who sells bangles in the film whilst Pawan Kalyan will play the rude cop who falls in love with the Bhagya Lakshmi.Shruti Haasan stepped into the shoes of Sonakshi Sinha for the role but director Harish Shankar made necessary changes to the script and characters in the film to suit it to the Telugu audiences taste. Shruti says that Gabbar Singh is the most challenging role for her but she is enjoying playing the role.
Ganesh Babu is producing the movie on Parameswara Arts banner with music by Devi Sri Prasad.
