Sharwanand, Jai, Anjali, Amrutha starrer Journey , the Telugu version of ‘Engeyum Eppothum’, has turned out gold for the distributors.it is known that Suresh Kondeti has bagged the distribution rights for telugu version across A.P.and now the producer is earning unexpected and high amounts of profits.Journey,which was bought for Rs. 5 lakhs in East Godavari has made a share of Rs. 46 Lakhs and is expected to collect even more in the full run.The Nizam territory has turned out to be a bliss for producers.The film was bought for 35 lakhs and went on to collect 1 Crore 95 Lakhs so far.
Though the concept of the film was simple, it was the gripping screenplay, engaging narration and sensible performances that made journey appeal to the crowds.
